Any tool that asks a working driver to type gallons, photograph receipts, or fill forms will die in a week. So the entire driver experience is a single tap that also opens directions. Everything else is the system's job.

A savings number is only real if it's audit-proof

We refuse to report savings the fuel card can't confirm. Logged stops stay pending until the card transaction matches; unmatched logs expire; fills above the baseline count as zero. It makes our numbers smaller than a marketing team would like, and it's why a finance team can accept them.
